Summer Connection for Transfer Students
Transfer Connection, an orientation and registration event especially for transfer students, will be held on Thursday, June 6. Incoming transfer students will have the opportunity to register for fall classes and make some basic preparations for their fall arrival, while parents will attend sessions informing them about the academic, social, and financial policies and opportunities at Augustana.
To get started, you'll need to take two placement tests and complete a student survey. Directions are available on the Preparing for Summer Connection page.
Once you have completed these steps, you'll receive an email from connection@augustana.ed within one week. It will include a link where you can register for Transfer Connection or August Connection (August 21), another opportunity for registration for students who can't attend on June 6.
Before you arrive on campus, though, you should submit your housing preference, turn in your immunization records, and send completed transcripts to the College. Then, take a look at the schedule for Transfer Connection available here.
