MONDAY

Breakfast

Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, tater tots,  biscuits and gravy, French toast sticks, breakfast sandwich (sausage, egg and cheese on a biscuit)  

Lunch

Global: Macaroni and cheese bar with assorted sauces and toppings

Seasonal vegetables (VGT and V), eggplant parmesan (VGT) steamed rice, baked chicken, hot roast beef with cheese sauce on a hoagie, garlic chicken, garlic mashed potatoes

Pizza: Sausage and mushroom

Soup: Chicken noodle and cook's choice (VGT)

Dinner 

Wrap Bar: Fajita beef, fajita chicken, fajita mushrooms and fajita veggies (VGT and V), plus popcorn chicken and buffalo chicken

Seasonal vegetables (VGT and V), Guinness pot roast, roasted red potatoes, lemon peppered cod, farfalle pasta with peas and parmesan cream sauce (VGT), breaded chicken breast, biscuits


TUESDAY

Breakfast

Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries, blueberry pancakes, breakfast sandwich (ham, egg and cheese on a muffin)

Lunch

Global: Chicken Caesar wraps

Seasonal vegetables and acorn squash (VGT and V), steamed rice, baked chicken, bacon cheddar burgers, lemon and dill tilapia, baked potato with cheese sauce and broccoli, cheese capelliti with sauce (VGT), five bean three pepper sauce (VGT and V)

Pizza: Stromboli

Soup: Cream of potato with bacon and cook's choice (VGT)

Dinner 

Nacho/Taco Bar 

Seasonal vegetables VGT and V), stuffed chicken breast, teriyaki beef, steamed rice, breaded fish nuggets, mashed potatoes and gravy, grilled portabella mushrooms with Swiss cheese -peppers- and onions (VGT and V), pasta and sauce (VGT),  dinner rolls

Asian bar: sweet and sour pork, garlic shrimp, steamed rice, fried rice (VGT), Crab Rangoon and vegetable egg rolls (VGT)

Soup: Chicken tortilla and cook's choice (VGT)
