OSA Leadership Academy
About the OSA Leadership Academy
The OSA Leadership Academy is a multi-faceted, four phase program for Augustana students that are interested in leadership development. The program is comprised of four levels: bronze, silver, gold, and platinum. Each level is specifically designed for individuals who are at different stages of their personal leadership journey.
As participants complete learning outcomes and goals designed specifically for each tier level, they will progress through the levels of the program. Upon acceptance into the program, each participant will be placed into the appropriate tier and begin their leadership development mission.
Benefits of the OSA Leadership Academy go well beyond learning opportunities. Not only do students receive functional training in areas of personal and leadership development, but they will also receive significant time with faculty, staff and other experienced leaders who will guide them as they develop their own leadership.

Academy Overview Continued...
Each tier is designed to challenge and enhance members' leadership skills and personal growth. After completion of a program level, members will then be encouraged to move to the next step, with the ultimate goal being the completion of the platinum level.
At the end of each year, the OSA Leadership Academy will sponsor a banquet, to honor the successes and achievements of members throughout the course of the past year. Honors will be given to participants as testament to the desire and dedication of members to become a leader not only at Augustana, but in the community, as well.
