Lynn E. Jackson Lynn oversees all aspects of the Advancement Office, including development, corporate and foundation relations, donor relations and stewardship, alumni and parent relations, and advancement services. She travels throughout the United States to build relationships and invite leadership gifts from alumni, parents and friends. Lynn serves on the President’s Cabinet. |

Anna Castro ‘95 Anna coordinates the individual components of the annual giving program, including direct mail and e-mail requests, the AugieConnect phoning program, class letters, and projects to encourage philanthropy among students and young alumni. |

Sue Flaherty Sue processes daily gift receipts including credit card charges, online giving, matching gifts, and gifts to WVIK-FM, Augustana’s public radio affiliate station. |

Nancy A. Johnson ‘83 Nancy manages the development program and gift officer team, and travels primarily to Arizona, the upper Midwest and throughout Illinois and Iowa to build relationships and invite major gifts from alumni, parents and friends. |

Gerry Kingan Gerry processes daily gift receipts including gifts of cash, stock, and property; and coordinates gift processes with Augustana’s Business Office. |

Amy Malmstead ‘12 Amy travels primarily to the Pacific northwest, Texas, and throughout Illinois and Iowa to invite gifts in support of the college’s strategic priorities. |

Chris Myers ‘91 Chris researches sources of financial support, develops reporting tools, analyzes trends, oversees the prospect management system, and works closely with gift officers in support of their regional work with alumni, parents and friends. |

Kelly Noack ‘02 Kelly directs the alumni and parent relations program including Homecoming, Family Weekend, Alumni Weekend, the Parents Council, and regional events for alumni, parents and friends. She and Sue Rector also work closely with the Alumni Board of Directors. |

Scott A. Park Scott directs the planned giving program and travels primarily to the southern California, Mountain West states, Gulf Coast states, and throughout Illinois and Iowa to build relationships and invite major gifts from alumni, parents and friends. |

Helene Patton ‘80 Helene works closely with Kelly Noack to support alumni and parent relations programming including invitations, arrangements and reservations for local and regional events. Helene also serves with Sue Rector to support the Augustana Alumni Association Board and its activities. |

Pamela Rathe Pamela travels primarily to northern California, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, New York, Washington D.C., Virginia, Indiana, Wisconsin and throughout Illinois and Iowa to invite gifts in support of the college's strategic priorities. |

Sue A. Rector ‘79 Sue travels primarily to the central Plains states, Kentucky, the Carolinas, Illinois and Iowa to build relationships and invite major gifts from alumni, parents and friends. She and Kelly Noack also work closely with the Alumni Board of Directors. |

Lori Roderick ‘86 Lori manages the college’s efforts to secure grant funding from private and corporate foundations and government agencies. She also manages the advancement operations area which includes gift processing, research and reporting. |

Cindy Schroeder Cindy works closely with Lynn Jackson and Nancy Johnson to support the work of the Advancement Office. She serves as the primary contact person for the department. |

Lisa Stachula Lisa works closely with Lori Roderick to secure grant funding from private and corporate foundations and government agencies for the college and its public radio station, WVIK. |

Denise Verhaeghe Denise manages the department’s integrated administrative software system, daily gift processing, and research areas, and develops reports in support of the department’s development and alumni relations programs. |
