Cover Letters and Resumes are used to introduce and market yourself to potential employers.Your Resume is a tool that highlights your skills and strengths through education and experience. Your Cover Letter is an additional tool that allows you to state why you are interested in a particular organization and to focus on your qualifications. Unless a job description indicates otherwise, you should never submit a Resume without a Cover Letter.
