Heartways Retreats
Heartways is the Augustana College Campus Ministries retreat offered once per term. Members of the Augustana community (students, faculty, staff) spend the weekend at the beautiful Saint Mary's Monastery right here in Rock Island, IL. Those who attend spend their time interacting in group activities, walking in the woods, watching the sunrise, eating incredible meals, exploring the convent, reading in peace, and most importantly, enjoying large amounts of free time. Past participants in Heartways have called it "a peaceful, new way to rejuvenate yourself," and "a time for spiritual growth and relaxation." It is a fulfilling experience for anyone of any faith.
