Dental Coverage
Effective Sept. 1, 2011, all full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate in our Voluntary Dental Program. 2012 monthly rates for this program are:
- Employee: $33.92
- Employee + 1: $67.47
- Employee + Family $123.08
