First Year Student Parking Permits

First Year Student Parking Permits 

 

Parking permits can be picked up starting Monday, August 13, 2012 between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.

The Facilities office will be open on move-in weekend during the following hours:

Saturday, August 18th -  9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Sunday, August 19th - 10:00 am -4:00 pm

First year will be allowed to purchase parking permits after they receive their housing assignment from Residential Life.  At that time each student will receive a parking packet in the mail that includes a Vehicle Registration Form. 
In the event that parking gets limited at a residence hall parking lot a lottery will be held for that lot.  If the lottery is needed it will occur on Wednesday, August 8th .  If a student does not receive a spot in their residence area lot we will contact the student and offer them the next closest available spot.  If the student does not wish to purchase the next closest available spot they will be offered a full refund.
Please note that this year parking will be EXTREMELY limited on public streets around campus due to major construction projects going on.
