Dates and times for well-being workshops for students vary, but all are held in the Hellstedt Conference Room, Founders 207.
• Getting Unstuck/Depression, 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Nov. 5-Dec. 10.
• Building Bridges/Healthy Relationships, 2:45 - 3:45 p.m. Thursdays, Nov. 7-Dec. 12.
• Anxiety Tool Kit, 11:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m. Fridays, Nov. 8-Dec. 13.
Each workshop is unique. You do not need to attend one workshop to understand another. Each workshop will cover different topics about a particular skill, so you can attend all the workshops about a particular skill without fear of it being repetitive.
