Parking permits for returning students

If you did not buy a parking permit for 2020-2021 before leaving campus for the summer, you will receive a packet in the mail to purchase over the summer.  

Students who are returning to campus for a scheduled move-out may take the opportunity while they are on campus to purchase their parking permits for 2020-2021.

The Facilities Office will be open from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday-Thursday through the summer.

Instructions to buy a permit in person

1) One person (student or parent), wearing a face mask, may come to the Facilities Office in the basement of Sorensen Hall. You must use the back door. 

2) There will be vehicle registration forms on hand or you can print out the form and bring it with. 

3) You will be assisted through a sliding window in the Facilities Office where you will turn in the vehicle registration form and make payment. 
4) If you would like to purchase a permit when the office is closed, use the drop box on the Facilities door. You can leave your payment and form there for the office to receive the next day.

Parking permits will not be handed out at the time of purchase. Students will pick them up when returning to campus for the new school year.

The cost of a permit is $220 for a full year (August 2020-May 2021, including J-term). A permit for fall semester only is $120 and does not include J-term.

Bring all of your vehicle information with you. Take a picture of your license plate if needed, so that you can fill out the registration form.  

If you are not sure what vehicle you will be bringing, You can still purchase a permit at this time.
