DESCRIPTION:The American Scandinavian Association&nbsp\;will host&nbsp\;its annual smörgåsbord&nbsp\;and meeting.\n\nThe evening begins with punch and social time\, then a smörgåsbord buffet will be served\, followed by a short business meeting and election of officers.\n\nDr. Jason Schroeder\, teaching fellow in Scandinavian studies at Augustana\, will speak on “Madison to Märsta:\nResearching Folksongs in Sweden 2012 – 2013.” He will relate&nbsp\;his experiences in Sweden during his year doing research.\n\nReservations are due by&nbsp\;May 12. Access the Gerber Center from 7th Avenue to 34th\nStreet. Park in Faculty/Staff lots J (parallel to 34th St.) and I north of Brodahl – no parking in the residents’\nspaces).
