DESCRIPTION:Corey Trahan and Shelley Cooper will perform "The Stud and the Babe\," a musical theatre concert.\n\nDr. Trahan&nbsp\;is the&nbsp\;director of musical theatre for the International Performing Arts Institute in Thailand and Germany.&nbsp\;Cooper is an assistant professor of theatre arts at Augustana.&nbsp\;They will be accompanied by Dr. Luke Tyler\, assistant professor of music at Loras College.\n\nDr. Trahan will participate in several events at today and Monday.\n\nFrom 3:30-6 p.m. today\, he will offer a musical theatre masterclass featuring&nbsp\;singers from the Webster Competition. All are welcome to attend\, observe and learn.\n\nOn Nov. 20\, he and Cooper will offer a lecture\, "The Business of Theatre\," from 10-11:15 a.m. in the Black Box Theatre in the Brunner Theatre Center. They will discuss non-profit and commercial theatre\, and specifically non-profit management for theatre.\n\nAlso on Nov. 20\, they will conduct interviews and auditions for the International Performing Arts Institute in Bavaria\, and Germany Opera/Musical Theatre and Directing Fellowship. This will take place from 12:30-2:30 p.m.\; location to be announced.\n
