DESCRIPTION:Students\, faculty\, and staff are invited to participate in a&nbsp\;focus group to provide feedback about a proposed health promotion program\, hosted by students from PUBH 350: Health Behavior &amp\; Health Promotion. &nbsp\;\n\nFocus groups will be held&nbsp\;at either 2:30&nbsp\;or&nbsp\;3:30 p.m.&nbsp\;in Evald Hall\, will last approximately 45 minutes\, and will consist of questions regarding your opinions about a campus health program aimed to address one of these health issues:\n\n\n	Campus Safety\n	Off-Campus Housing Conditions\n	Student Nutrition\n	Student Stress Management\n	Campus Clinic\n	Sexual Education\n\n\nPlease complete this form&nbsp\;by 11:00 p.m. tonight (Wed.&nbsp\;12/5)&nbsp\;to register for one of tomorrow's focus groups. A focus group leader will contact you to confirm your participation.\n\nRefreshments will be provided to all participants. No other compensation is provided.\n\nThese focus groups have been approved by the Augustana College IRB.\n
