The group also will&nbsp\;talk&nbsp\;about self-care.\n\nAugustana NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) is a club on campus dedicated to improving the well-being and mental health of all Augustana students. Theweekly meetings offer a time to seek support\, a chance to connect with others and participate in a relaxing &nbsp\;activity\, and discover new ways to think about or manage mental health.\n
