Guests can hold a book from the 1800s\, discover books from the Swenson Center's collections and hear presentations by Scandinavian studies students.\n\nAt 4:30 p.m.\, Kathryn Kuntz of the Richardson-Sloane Special Collections Center at the Davenport Public Library will talk about the history of the book . She will explore iterations of what was classified as a book\, and show examples of books from the Quad Cities area and Eastern Iowa libraries\, as well as libraries across the world.\n
