Close to 30 works selected from the last 15 years to just days ago make up this retrospective. "Sight\, and the desire to ascertain and conjure up sight\, keep me hooked to painting\, affirming my own presence (with bald spot) in doing so\," Professor Xiao wrote in his artist statement.\n\nGuests will enjoy a special performance by music professor Dr. Deborah Dakin at the reception.
