ITS System Upgrade Schedule

Whenever possible, system upgrades are sheduled during the following time frames:

• The first Tuesday of the month: 4AM - 11AM (7 hrs)
• Remaining Tuesdays - 4AM - 8AM (4 hrs)

Other planned maintenance - with at least a 24hr advance notice.
