Men's basketball vs. Calvin College
The Augustana Vikings will take on the Knights of Calvin College in their first home game of the season.
Fans can see the game online and view live stats.
The team will be at home again on Saturday, playing Alma College at 7 p.m.
The Vikings are coming off a 24-9 campaign in 2016-17, which included the program's second appearance in the national championship game in the last three years.
Unveiling of the 2016-17 Final Four banner will take place in Carver Center at 6:30 p.m. and returning players, coaches and staff will be recognized at halftime of the Augustana-Calvin game.
This season Augustana will be looking for its fourth straight College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin championship, a feat achieved just three times previously in the 71-year history of the league. Coach Jim Borcherding's Vikings, from 1971-74, were the last to do it. Illinois Wesleyan won four in a row from 1964-67, as did Wheaton from 1956-59.
