Pillars of Privilege: A First Step in Mandatory Faculty "Diversity Training"

What is "diversity" anyway? And how is one "trained" for better interactions? We will view one episode of the PBS documentary, RACE: The Power of an Illusion and discuss how the concepts in the film can be extended to our classrooms and the larger campus.
