Earth Week: Aromatherapy for Stress, Studying, and Sleepiness

The Geography Club will be hosting a workshop led by Mary Paoli, the independent business owner of Whoa Nelli Natural Products.

The hands-on workshop will include a lesson on using essential oil blends designed to help with a few of the challenges that can come with college life - namely stress, studying, and sleepiness. Every workshop participant will create their own blend using essential oils and a natural base oil. Roller ball containers will be provided so you can apply the blend to your pulse points.

The workshop will also help to gain a better understanding of aromatherapy by examining the limited availability of scientific research and the ways that people have used aromatherapy over the centuries.
