Anxiety 101

Counseling Services will offer a student well-being workshop, Anxiety 101, from 11:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m. today and again Oct. 25.

Workshops are held in the Hellstedt Conference Room (Founders 207), which limits participants to eight per workshop.
