NAMI meeting

Students are invited to the weekly meeting of NAMI from 5-6 p.m. 

The meeting will begin with a reflective journal activity and focus on personal positive affirmations.  

Augustana NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) is a club on campus dedicated to improving the well-being and mental health of all Augustana students. Theweekly meetings offer a time to seek support, a chance to connect with others and participate in a relaxing  activity, and discover new ways to think about or manage mental health.
