Masterworks II: Fantasies & Fables

The Quad City Symphony Orchestra will  begin with Engelbert Humperdinck’s prelude to his opera "Hänsel und Gretel." This will be followed by Michael Abels' "Frederick’s Fables," William Grant Still's "Poem for Orchestra" and Tchaikovsky's "Romeo & Juliet, Fantasy-Overture."
