Conference panel: 'Youth Are Calling for Action'

Jack Hughes, an Augustana College geology major, will be part of a panel, "Youth Are Calling for Action," at the Upper Mississippi River Conference.

The conference runs Oct. 19-20 with a schedule of speakers that includes academics, students, government officials, planners, journalists and conservationists.

Art Cullen, Pulitzer Prize-winning editor of the Storm Lake (Iowa) Times, will speak Wednesday evening.
