Well-Being lab: better sleep with technology

One of the most common concerns from college students is lack of sleep. Sleep is important to all aspects of well-being including mental and physical health.

Allison from Counseling Services will share real tools to help students sleep better using technology. Free sleep masks, ear plugs, and herbal teas will be available for all who attend.
