Film screening: 'My Ascension'

Join us for a special screening of My Ascension, a powerful documentary following Emma Benoit’s journey after surviving a suicide attempt at age 16. As Emma navigates her physical and emotional recovery, she discovers a new purpose in sharing her story and bringing hope to other young people who may be struggling.

Following the film, our local NAMI Program Manager will guide a supportive discussion about mental health, suicide prevention, help-seeking, and how we can better support ourselves and one another.
