Apply for UnityPoint's Medical Rotation Internship Program by Dec. 1
Each spring, Dr. Steve Arvanitis at UnityPoint Trinity in Rock Island hosts an internship rotation program called "A Life in Medicine." Applications for this program are now open.
Dr. Arvanitis accepts 4-5 students each year, and interns are chosen by a committee of Augustana faculty members. Applications are due on Dec. 1 at 4 p.m.
Qualifications for the program are:
- Sophomore status or above
- 3.0+ GPA
- Pre-health emphasis/interest (preference will be given to pre-med students)
- Good academic standing and good standing with the Dean of Students
- Ability to devote at least 40 hours during the spring semester
