Campus Kitchen to-go meals available during Thanksgiving

As Thanksgiving break approaches, Campus Kitchen is excited to offer a menu of free, nutritious, home-cooked meals to students staying on campus for break. Students are invited to use this Google Form to select menu items in order to supplement other food options over break when the dining hall is closed. The food will be prepared and available to be picked up by students prior to Thanksgiving break. This is the second year Campus Kitchen has partnered with Erickson Hall's faculty-in-residence Laurel Williams in an attempt to address and support food insecurity experienced by students on campus.

Please complete your menu order by Nov. 16. Orders can be picked up from Professor Williams' Erickson apartment from 7-8 p.m. on the evenings of Nov. 19-20. Accommodations for pick-up times can be arranged as needed.
