How to submit a recognition in Paycor:

1. Log into Paycor, scroll to Engage and click View Engage.
2. Click Recognition on the lefthand side, then Recognize Someone.
3. Type your colleague's name, add a brief message, and select a badge.

• Tip: You can also choose to "Recognize quietly" if your colleague prefers private shout-outs.

A few words of appreciation take less than two minutes but can completely transform a colleague's week.
