Campus Recreation offers several group fitness classes for the fall semester.

Spin bike class

  • Mondays, 5:30-6:15 p.m., Westerlin Studio
  • Tuesdays, 12:30-1:15 p.m., Westerlin Studio
  • Wednesdays, 5:30-6:15 p.m., Westerlin Studio
  • Thursdays, 12:30-1:15 p.m., Westerlin Studio

In-person yoga class
Instructor: Shubhangi Agrawal

  • Wednesdays, 4:30-5:30 p.m., Carriage House Studio
  • Fridays, 4-5 p.m., Westerlin Studio

Online yoga class

Online meditation class
