International House, ALIVE applications open

Two specialty housing programs are available for current first-year students who will begin signing up for sophomore housing in March.

Applications for both programs are available and are due by March 7.

ALIVE Fellows

Augustana Leaders in Vocational Exploration (ALIVE) gives students the chance to consider big questions about who they are and who they are called to be for the sake of the world. The ALIVE Fellows live together in Swanson Commons, and receive a housing scholarship, which allows them to pay the price of a standard double room. Students are invited to apply individually or in groups of two to four. Contact Keri Bass for more information.

International House

At International House, 10 sophomores share a house and share their culture. They all enroll in WLLC-300 Intercultural Communication Through Food for 1 or 0 credits. Single and double occupancy rooms are available. Students can apply individually or with a roommate. Domestic and International students are encouraged to apply. Contact Hua-Mei Chang for more information.
