Lunchtime Lecture Series
The Swenson Center has organized a Lunchtime Lecture Series highlighting the work being done by scholars using materials in the Swenson Center library and archival collections. This series supports our mission to promote research in Swedish-American history and relations.
The Spring 2021 series will consist of six lectures spread over the spring semester and will feature speakers who have been past recipients of our Visiting Scholar Award and our Faculty Research Stipend. These scholars work in a variety of fields, which highlights the depth and breadth of academic work being done regarding Sweden and Swedish-America.
Lectures will be held via Zoom over the lunch hour and will include a short talk and Q&A session with the presenter. For this series, we're using the pay-what-you-wish method (suggested donation of $5 to $10). Your donation helps support this and other educational programming.
Follow the links to register for each lecture. You will receive the Zoom link via email the day before the scheduled talk.
