Open enrollment Nov. 3-14
The open enrollment period for the upcoming benefits plan year began on Nov. 3 and closes Nov. 14. This is employees' annual opportunity to review, update and make changes to health care, dental, vision and other benefit options.
What you need to do
- Review your current benefits and consider any changes for 2026.
 - Mark your calendar for open enrollment.
 
IMPORTANT: Action is required. If you are benefit eligible, you are required to log in and make your benefit elections for the upcoming year, even if you do not intend on making changes, don't currently participate in our benefit plans or if you don't intend on enrolling in our plans.
Open enrollment drop-in sessions
The HR team will host the following open enrollment drop-in sessions:
- Monday, Nov. 3: 1-4 p.m. in Olin 109
 - Tuesday, Nov. 4: 9-11 a.m. in Olin 109
 - Thursday, Nov. 6: 9-11 a.m. in Gerber 422 (fishbowl)
 - Friday, Nov. 7: 1-4 p.m. in Olin 109
 - Monday, Nov. 10: 1-4 p.m. in Olin 109
 - Thursday, Nov. 13: 1-4 p.m. in Gerber 422 (fishbowl)
 - Friday, Nov. 14: 1-4 p.m. in Olin 109
 
How to enroll:
- Log in to Paycor and click on the person icon at the top of the right corner. Select "Benefit elections," and you should see your open enrollment prompt.
 - Review your personal information (including physical address and email), family information, and make your benefit elections and/or updates to your current elections.
 - Retirement reminder: If you are contributing less than 10% to your retirement plan, your contribution will increase by 1% on Jan. 1, 2026, due to our auto-escalation feature. If you would like to opt out of this feature, please complete the opt out form, sign and return it to Payroll or Human Resources. This form must be received no later than Dec. 1, 2025. Keep in mind that you can make changes to your contributions anytime during the year by filling out a change form.
 - Submit your elections by Nov. 14, 2025. Please note that you will not be able to make changes to your benefit elections after the end of open enrollment unless you have a qualifying life event.
