Study abroad in India next year
Dr. Naveen Jain from the Business Department has developed a new program that will take students to India in Jan. 2026.
This program explores happiness in a business setting. It delves into the organizational, global, psychological and religious aspects of a meaningful, fulfilling and thriving work life whether you work for an organization or set up your own. It will examine employee happiness and how to create and lead positive organizational cultures. The program is open to all majors. There is no language requirement.
Students who apply for and are accepted into this India study-abroad program will take ISS-370 for two credits during fall semester 2025 and ISS-371 for two credits during J-term 2026. Participating in this opportunity will provide students with a PS and G course to fulfill general education requirements.
Dr. Jain and Dr. Steve Duke (Director of International and Off Campus Programs) will hold an info session on Wednesday, Feb. 19, 3-4 p.m., in Evald 315, to discuss the program and answer questions about the new program.
