Thinking about using Augustana’s tuition benefit?
Are you considering using Augustana’s tuition benefit for yourself, your spouse or a dependent during the 2027-28 academic year? Now is a great time to learn more about the opportunities available to eligible employees and their families. The Office of Human Resources, in partnership with the Financial Aid team, will host informational sessions to explain Augustana’s tuition benefits, eligibility requirements and the application process. Employees are welcome and encouraged to bring interested family members.
Tuition remission
Provides tuition coverage for eligible employees, spouses and dependents who enroll at Augustana College. Full-time and part-time employees may be eligible after completing two years of service.
Tuition exchange
Provides opportunities for eligible dependents of full-time employees to apply for tuition exchange scholarships at participating colleges and universities. Full time employees may be eligible for tuition exchange after completing four years of service. Tuition Exchange scholarships are not guaranteed, and participating schools determine their own scholarship awards.
Planning to apply?
Employees who are new to the tuition benefit will need to complete the appropriate tuition benefit application. Those interested in National Tuition Exchange must also complete the TE-EZ application through Tuition Exchange, Inc. Employees currently using the benefit generally do not need to submit a new tuition benefit form unless there will be a change in schools.
