Augustana College’s campus is closed Monday, March 16, due to weather conditions. This includes all athletic and evening activities, PepsiCo Recreation Center and Thomas Tredway Library.
Dining services will remain open on a regular schedule.
Dr. Dimitri Nakassis, associate professor of classics at the University of Toronto, gives this year's Archaeological Institute of America (AIA) lecture, "Rethinking the Mycenaean World."
Nakassis is one of 24 people named MacArthur Fellows in 2015.
Augustana hosts an AIA lecture each year. Top scholars from North America and abroad present on a wide range of current archaeological topics at societies throughout the United States and Canada. Lectures are free to the public.
