Marketing

Marketing is one of five concentrations in the business administration major. Business administration majors may choose more than one concentration, and may also combine with other majors.

What are new grads doing (and how did they get there)?

Zach Gooding '23 is pursuing an MBA in business analytics at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. Check out Zach’s amazing marketing and data analytics internships at Augustana, where he also played varsity baseball.

Andrew Mayszak '22 is a graphic designer and project manager at Blooming Color in Chicago. He’s a great example of leveraging his majors and minor, plus hands-on experience in his fields (see story below), to land the career he loves. You can see how it all came together in his portfolio.

Chi Vu '23 is pursuing a master’s in emerging media studies at Boston University, with a focus on the impact of AI/VR on human life. Her array of internship experiences included cancer research at the Texas Medical Center, marketing and social media in London, and with Augustana’s EDGE Entrepreneurial Center (see story below). Chi’s extracurricular involvement is equally incredible.

An entrepreneurial spin on summer internships
