General wellness classes

Fall term group exercise class schedule

Unless specifically noted, all wellness classes start Sept. 3-7 and will be held in the Carriage House, which is located just north of the Pepsico Center. 

New class: Total Body Boot Camp! The class will be 30 minutes of high intensity training utilizing body weight exercises with low impact. This class will be in Westerlin.

Monday

9:30-10:30 a.m.: Yoga with Shubhangi Agrawal
4:10-5 p.m.: Booty Barre with Candice Gericke
5-6 p.m.: Strong by Zumba ® with Barb Langley
6-7 p.m.: Zumba ® with Barb Langley

Tuesday

4:30-5 p.m.: NEW CLASS! Total Body Bootcamp: Westerlin Activity Center (WAC)
4:30-5:30 p.m.: Pilates with Candice Gericke
5:45-6:45 p.m.: Zumba ® with Lisa Raya

Wednesday

4:10-5 p.m.: Booty Barre with Candice Gericke  
5-6 p.m.: Yoga with Shubhangi Agrawal: starts Sept. 11
6:15-7:15 p.m.: Strong by Zumba ® with Barb Langley

Thursday

4:30-5 p.m.: NEW CLASS! Total Body Boot camp: Westerlin Activity Center (WAC)  
4:30-5:30 p.m.: Pilates with Candice Gericke
5:45-6:45 p.m.: Zumba with Lisa Raya

Friday

12-1 p.m.: Yoga with Shubhangi Agrawal
4:30-5:30 p.m.: Intro to Salsa Dance with Gunter Schlueter: STARTS SEPT 13
5:30- 6:30 p.m.: Salsa Variations (Intermed) Dance with Gunter Schueter: STARTS SEPT 13

Saturday

9-10 a.m. Yoga: with Shubhangi Agrawal  
10-11 a.m.: Zumba ® with Lisa Raya
11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m.: Cardio Kickbox with Deena Harroun: Westerlin Activity Center (WAC)

Sunday

4-5 p.m.: Intro to Swing Dance with Gunter Schlueter: starts Sept. 15
5-6 p.m.: Swing Variations (Intermed) Dance with Gunter Schueter: starts Sept. 15

Fall term general group X (wellness) notes

1) Classes hold a max of 20 and are on a first come-first serve basis
2) Please note locations for each class as there are two sites.
3) Bring your own towel and water bottle
4) There will be no classes Oct. 18-20 or Nov. 27-Dec. 1
5) Classes will end on Sunday, Dec. 8. Optional classes Dec 9-11.
