General wellness classes

Classes begin the week of March 4-9. No classes on April 18-22 as part of Easter Break. Classes end on Saturday, May 11 with optional classes to be offered May 13 - 15.

Classes are free to Augustana College students, faculty and staff. Classes hold a max of 20 and are on a first come - first serve basis. Please note locations for each class as there are two sites. Bring your own towel and water bottles.

Monday

Yoga: 8:30-9:20 a.m. in the Carriage House with Shubhangi Agrawal

Strong by Zumba: 4:45-5:45 p.m. in the Carriage House with Barb Langley

Zumba: 5:45-6:45 p.m. in the Carriage House with Barb Langley

Tuesday

Boxing: 5:00-6:00 p.m. in the Westerlin Activity Center (WAC) with Gilbert Richardson

T25: 5:00-5:30 p.m. in the Carriage House with Ally Abbinanti and Elise Haddad

Zumba: 5:45-6:45 p.m. in the Carriage House with Lisa Raya

Wednesday

Barre: 4:00-5:00 p.m. in the Carriage House with Renee Clearman
