January term group exercise class schedule

Classes will be held Jan. 6-27, 2020 TBA for classes on Jan. 28.

Classes hold a max of 20 and are on a first come-first served basis.

Note locations for each class as there are two sites.

Bring your own towel and water bottle.

Monday

4:30-5:30 p.m. Pilates with Candice Gericke, Carriage House
4:30-5 p.m. Total Body Bootcamp with Jasmine Guy, Westerlin Activity Center
5-5:30 p.m. Core and Glute Isolation with Jasmine Guy, Westerlin Activity Center
5:30-6:30 p.m. Cardio Boxing with Gilbert Richardson, Westerlin Activity Center
5:45-6:45 p.m. Zumba ® with Lisa Raya, Carriage House

Wednesday

4-5 p.m. Booty Barre with Candice Gericke, Carriage House  
5-6 p.m. Yoga with Shubhangi Agrawal, Carriage House
6-7 p.m. Strong by Zumba ® with Barb Langley, Westerlin Activity Center

Thursday
