Dr. Kevin Kock, AuD, MPH, CCC-A, Dr. Kevin Kock, AuD, MPH, CCC-A, is an audiologist with expertise in hearing loss prevention, amplification, leadership strategy, and the integration of public health within audiology. Dr. Kevin possesses a rich leadership background and a steadfast commitment to advancing the profession of audiology. He serves as Vice President for Audiology Practice on the ASHA Board of Directors and is dedicated to advancing audiology locally and nationally. He strives to empower patients and students with tools to be successful communicators. He frequently presents on supporting LGBTQ+ patients and providers, enhancing patient–provider concordance through diversity initiatives, and integrating public health principles into community outreach, advocacy, and audiology practice. Dr. Kevin serves patients of all ages for hearing loss prevention, diagnostic, and hearing aid services locally at Audiology Consultants.

Her work investigates and invests in visual media through photography, archival methods, anti-colonial curatorial practices, and building community toolkits, skill-sharing, and workshops by promoting care, dialogue, and resources within her social-artistic practice.

Dr. Robert Dickerson's research focuses on using programming language theory and formal methods to develop principled software reasoning techniques with practical applications in software engineering. Before earning his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Purdue University, he spent more than ten years as a software engineer at companies including Square, Inc. and Riot Games. When not studying computing, he enjoys fencing, running, and making music.

Julie Delaney

Adjunct Assistant Professor of Education

Julie Delaney has 41 years of experience in preK-12 education as both a teacher and administrator, as well as higher education at Upper Iowa University's teacher education program as an adjunct instructor. During her time as a junior high science teacher and principal, she was a teacher leader and became a co-director for Environmental Issues Instruction (eii), based at the University of Northern Iowa and Upper Iowa University. Eii, a grant funded program, provides professional development for K-14 teachers in environmental science. Julie also worked for Catholic Schools Management (CSM) as a consultant for K-12 Catholic schools, helping Catholic schools and their administrators enhance the viability of their schools. Julie's work at CSM focused on school assessments, public relations/marketing, enrollment, and educational programing. Outside of her work in education, Julie enjoys getting out in nature, photography, reading, and spending time with her family.
