Nicole McCarthy manage a World Business Chicago program called ChicagoMade that supports the development of Chicago's under-served creative entrepreneurs and small businesses. She works with artists, musicians, artisans, dancers, and other creative workers to help start or grow their own businesses. However, most of her career has been focused on cultural exchange and international education. She also taught English abroad in Chile for three years after graduation.

"I remember being very excited to graduate from Augustana, but also being nervous and scared for what the future would hold. Emily Matuseski is the IT Manager of John Deere’s sprayer factories in The Netherlands and Italy. Her responsibilities range from portfolio management to implementing IT strategy and security in the respective countries. Every day is different and provides something new to learn.
