Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA)

This organization strives to bring together students who are passionate about the healthcare field. It encourages them to explore different fields and leadership opportunities within HOSA. Students compete in healthcare/leadership/job-seeking skills-centered events of their choosing. Students can gain valuable experiences, along with scholarships and service project opportunities.

The Stonecutters: Ultimate Frisbee Team

Our purpose is to provide students with the chance to be active in Ultimate Frisbee and learn the rules of this sport as well as compete in tournaments.

Manna Christian Fellowship Club

We are a Christian student fellowship committed to growing in our knowledge of God through Bible study, living out His love on campus, and building lives grounded on the rock of Christ for college and beyond.

Eyes & Smile Society

The purpose of this club is to unite pre-dental and pre-optometry students on campus by providing a shared space for academic collaboration, professional growth and personal connection. We aim to create an environment where students with similar goals can study together, share resources and support one another while preparing for their future careers in healthcare.

What I wish someone had told me before my first Midwest winter

Before moving to the Midwest, “winter” was no more than a word for light cold breezes and hoodies, a season I imagined as a minor inconvenience and an opportunity to buy new and trendy clothes. But the Midwest has its own version of winter, one that is beautiful and brutal all at once, and if you’re lucky enough, you might even incur the wrath of its mood changes.

In 2025, Augustana received national recognition for innovation and affordability; expanded opportunities for students in business, health care and STEM; strengthened community connections in support of the Bold & Boundless strategic plan; and provided students with access to hands-on research and educational experiences abroad.
