Iota Chi Epsilon (Chi-Eps)

Our fraternity was founded in 2019 with the idea of increased volunteer work while still maintain the social aspect of a fraternity. We decided to implement a new type of pledging process that involves less time than the other groups. The reasoning behind this is to help students who prioritize their grades be able to have more time for schoolwork, and for athletes who usually have not been able to rush, to feel more comfortable rushing even with their busy schedules.
