"The Birth of a Nation" focuses on the story of Nat Turner, a slave preacher who, after viewing many atrocities, orchestrates an uprising.  Based on a true story, this 2016 film received critical acclaim.

With many themes relevant to events in our country, the movie will lead into a moderated dialogue among viewers.  This will give people a chance to let their voice to be heard regarding this difficult, yet relevant, topic.
