DIY stressball session

Augustana NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) will sponsor a series of events in honor of Mental Health Week Oct. 6-12.

Today's event is stress ball making, 11:15 a.m., Brew by the Slough patio

Augustana NAMI weekly meetings offer a time to seek support, a chance to connect with others, participate in a relaxing/de-stressing activity, and discover new ways to think about or manage  mental health.
