Living with Mental Health Stigma Free

Augustana NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) will sponsor a series of events in honor of Mental Health Week Oct. 6-12.

Today's events are: 

Living with Mental Health Stigma Free, 11:45 a.m., Olin auditorium.

Candlelight vigil, 8:30 p.m., Founders Hall, Ascension Chapel

Thursday: Relax and debrief, 5 p.m., Olin 304

Friday: Stress ball making, 11:15 a.m., Brew by the Slough patio

Saturday: Movie "Inside Out," 5 p.m. Hanson 304

Augustana NAMI weekly meetings offer a time to seek support, a chance to connect with others, participate in a relaxing/de-stressing activity, and discover new ways to think about or manage  mental health.
