The History of the Book

Kathryn Kuntz of the Richardson-Sloane Special Collections Center at the Davenport Public Library will talk about the history of the book.

She will explore iterations of what was classified as a book, and show examples of books from the Quad Cities area and Eastern Iowa libraries, as well as libraries across the world.
