Well-being lab: Reduce Stress with Adult Coloring

The Learning Commons will present the well-being lab "Reduce Stress with Adult Coloring."

Well-being labs provide students with knowledge and skills from different disciplines. Students will have the opportunity to explore social, occupational, intellectual, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being in interactive sessions with campus experts.
