Well-being lab: Introduction to Mindfulness

The Learning Commons will present the well-being lab "Introduction to Mindfulness."

Director of Counseling Bill Iavarone will lead students in the steps to mindfulness meditation, their rationale, and their relationship to overall well-being and mental health.

Well-being labs provide students with knowledge and skills from different disciplines. Students will have the opportunity to explore social, occupational, intellectual, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being in interactive sessions with campus experts.
