Swenson Research Center 40th anniversary symposium
The Swenson Swedish Immigration Research Center celebrates their 40th anniversary.
This symposium highlights the new developments in Swedish-American relations. Four younger scholars—two Americans and two Swedes—have been invited. They will talk about the work they are doing and help aid in understanding the new directions in the field of Swedish-American history and relations.

3:40-4:20 P.M. Saniya Ghanoui (An American Myth: Birth Control, Sex Education, and the Creation of the Swedish Sin)
4:20-4:30 P.M. Concluding remarks by speakers and Dag Blanck
