Well-being Lab: Controlling Automatic Negative Thoughts (ANTs)

Jacob Romaniello of the Reading/Writing Center will offer an interactive session about gaining control over your ANTs: those automatic first thoughts when you have a strong feeling or reaction to something.

Identifying your automatic thoughts is the first step in gaining control of your emotions and can improve your overall well-being.
